Well guess whot!!!!

We have just had our building approved by NRMA, YIPPPPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!! this morning...
We are so excited, we just can't believe that it has finally come through. Its been 4mths today (by date) and we really have been living in a 2 bedroom house for the past and boy has it been hectic and a PITA..
At least now, we can finally see the end of the tunnel. Its going to be all steam ahead though...
Our bathroom will finally be finished this week, YIPPPEEE fingers crossed (just waiting for the glass to be installed)..
The boys bedroom will be underway soon, then new carpet & a new built-in, our loungroom will be repaired and renovated & hopefully when we rip up our carpet the floorboards are the same (perfect) ones that we have in our family room.
We are getting a new fence down one side of the house and then paint the outside of the house & Taylor & our bedrooms AND THEN hopefully, put the house on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!! fingers crossed.... hopefully....
i just can't believe that we are finally getting the boys b/r done!!!!

And i think i over did it a bit today. I moved the computer & desk (big timber desk) out of the lounge room and into our family room today, big job (& dusty too, my gosh ) and then felt really off.. So went and lied in a warm bath for about an hour..
Think i'll have a day at home tomorrow and get some more clearing & clean out done, bit by bit, while i have the kids at home with me..

ok, rave over with.. Just had to share it, i am so excited i can't believe that it is FINALLY happening!!!
