Its straight...

Well, i had my hair coloured again today..
And it badly needed it.. I had been putting it off and trying to find the time (& money) for a couple of weeks now and finally got it done today...

I didn't get it cut at all, im still trying to decided if i want to grow it or keep it short??? Big decisions...

Its funny now though, for someone that has hair down to her big butt for 29yrs and to now have it short and getting it cut often, it just seems weird...

And i LOVE my Manic Magenta colours... I have been getting them done for about 4mths now and i just love them.. They might seem a bit silly to some, but everyone has commented on how good they look and being something different than the norm... There not that bad, over powering or bright, they just blend in nicely..

BUT, i am thinking about getting a couple of blue ones next time...
When they are first done, you have to get your hair (parts of it, your streaks) bleched right back to a yucky blonde/orange colour, stripped of all your (own natural) colour. They then put the colour, Manic Magenta, over the top and thats how you get your lovely purple, pink, yellow, grey, blue, green or red streaks... They do fade out over time, esp. in the sun and i noticed i had to get them re-done more over the summer time, with swimming in the pool lots, than i have had to do non-swimming time..
Next time i go back to get them re-done, it will be time to get the blech part done again, so im thinking of a couple of blue or green streaks somewhere in there, just for something different... :o)

Anyhow, Jess (the apprentice) always does my hair and she does it really well too.. (she did Taylor's hair for the Ball too)... She is only a now 2nd year, but she also has these colours in her hair and has done her friends before heaps too, so she knows what she's doing... :o) (plus i get it at a good price too, lol.. ) After doing my streaks, oh and i had a colour put in the rest of my hair too, LONG overdue for that too... She then had a play with my hair and wanted to straighten it... I was a bit worried about how it would turn out, as i have done it at home with this haircut and it ends up looking like a mulet, yuk!!!!!!! BUT, she did a good job, 'flicked' out the ends and i was pretty happy with it actually...

I wanted to get a photo of my hair before i went today, cause the colour had faded out heaps, but i was home alone today, so had a go at taking the photo myself... How funny is that!!!!!!

Its not very good, but maybe the idea of it is there???????

YEP, i was home alone today...
The kids slept over at Shannon & Brett's last night, yep another night home alone!!!!!! And a lovely morning of piece & quiet...
I have missed my babies being home with me though, the quiet has been lovely though, but i do miss them...
So, cause i had no kids today, i thought i would get a bit of me stuff done today...

Went to Curves for my weight & measurements, which was very disappointing. BUT that's my fault as i have been very naughty and esp. with Easter... But then had a workout..
Came home, did some surfing, did some housework and then went to the hairdresses for 2.5hrs... It was a lovely day...

Tonight was Night 2 of Pole Dancing...
it was exactly the same as last weeks class, so extreme strong stomach & leg muscle warm ups, stretches & moves, then about 30mins of stripping & strutting and then we only had 5mins left, so did a quick swing on the poles!!!!!!! Gosh i hope they are strong & the roof is too!!!!!!!!
Without a doubt i am sure i will be sore tomorrow, just as i was last Friday AND Saturday.... But that is good, that means it is doing something.... We booked & paid straight up after class, ready for next week... :o)

Sorry about the rave last night...
i was on a bit of a downer, things were building up and getting to me and im sure tomorrow will be just the same...
it is my sisters b'day tomorrow and i miss her so much... I could punch her lights out, but i miss her....
