NRL Grandfinal week...

Im going to the Footy Grandfinal,
WOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not that i follow either the Storm or the Broncos, BUT we do both follow the Eels & the Knights, so we are both looking forward to watching the Jersey Flegg (for the Knights (v Panthers), Brendan's team!!!) and Premier League for the Might Eels for me.. (against Newtown Jets)

But if you do have to follow someone for the main game, then i guess i'll go for the Storm and Brendan has decided to go for the Broncos...

Do you want to know how i got tickets and CORPORATE tickets at that????

it sometimes pays to be in this 7days a week 364 days a week employment!!!!!
He has gave them to my boss and he asked us who wanted to go (the other 3 of us in the office always get first preference with give-aways... :o) )... but he knew i would want to go with Parra playing, so i got asked first.... woohooo...

were going to get the train down, saves worring about driving...
then Brendan said, how about we stay the night to save worry's... Ok, yeah sure...
IF we can get anywhere at the last minute...
Brendan suggested The Hilton.. I have always wanted to go there, since there renovations, so he said he'll take me there and that will be part of my b'day prestent...
But guess what.... completely booked out... :o(

anyhow, we tried the next place and we have an executive suite, right in the heart of Sydney, so that's good... Avillion Hotel i SOOOOOOOOOO can't wait....
So now we will get a weekend away that we were going to have the other week, for our wedding anniversary, but got very guilty and took the kids with us....
But it was a GREAT weekend with them...
now we get a weekend (well half anyhow) to ourselves....
We can leave Newcastle Sunday morning, checkin, go to the footy, stay at our poshy motel, have a yummy (hopefully) b'fast there and then take our time, relax & make our way home..
Oh gosh that sounds good!!!!!!!!!


Well i have to go, it is freezing here tonight & im still sitting in my sweaty netball clothes, ewwww!!!!!! probably why im so cold....
i must go have a shower and get to bed....
i have been tagged too (more than once.. lol) so i'll be back as soon as i can to do a better update and my tag questions.... (even though they have totaly stumped me???)
